Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Ear Hop game ("Ear Hop: Ear Training Game", "the app") made by Songtive SIA ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing the app you agree to these Terms and to the terms of the store you got it from (Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement or the Google Play Terms of Service). If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. License

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices that you own or control, as allowed by your store's terms and these Terms.

2. Free game and ads

The app is free to play. The free version shows ads between runs and offers optional videos, for example to continue a run.

3. Ear Hop Plus

Ear Hop Plus is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It removes the ads and gives one free continue per run. The price in your currency is shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account. You can restore it on another device with the same account (Restore on the Ear Hop Plus screen).

4. Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and refunds are decided by them under their policies: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google in your Google Play order history.

5. World leaderboard

The leaderboard is optional. Your leaderboard name, country and scores are public. Do not use a name that is offensive, impersonates someone or breaks other people's rights. Do not cheat or post scores in a way the game does not allow. We can change or remove a name, remove scores or close an account that breaks these rules.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the app to break the law or other people's rights, or to reverse engineer, copy or interfere with the app or our servers.

7. No warranty

The app is provided "as is". We do not promise that the app is free of errors, that the leaderboard is always available, or that the game makes you a better musician by a certain date.

8. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for loss of data or scores. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

9. Changes

We can update these Terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the app after a change, the new Terms apply.

10. Law

These Terms are governed by the law of Latvia, without taking away the protection of the law of the country where you live as a consumer.
